Senior QA Project Lead

We're seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality standards are met in our game development process.
As a Senior QA Project Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of QA analysts, planning and executing project test strategies, and collaborating with production and other departments to ensure project QA requirements are clearly understood and effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of QA analysts to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute project test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality game development.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure project QA requirements are clearly understood and effectively managed.
- Perform risk assessments and identify areas requiring additional testing to ensure project quality standards are met.
- Proactively solve project issues and communicate effectively with the QA team and project stakeholders.
- Actively mentor and develop the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and manage bug databases to ensure team efficiency and productivity.
- Set and achieve project goals and objectives, working closely with the QA team and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading QA teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with production and other departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with game testing models, bug testing and project tracking software (JIRA, Devtrack).
- Excellent knowledge of the video game development process and the 8th and 9th generation of consoles and PC platforms.
