As a Project Manager, Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of business, operating model, and technology change projects within the FCA divisional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver small but multiple projects from inception to agreed business outcomes, following FCA quality standards and within agreed baselines of time, budget, and scope.
* Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the FCA, managing expectations, defining and agreeing scope, facilitating key decisions.
* Develop the project plan, deliverables, and milestones to successfully deliver the business outcomes, identifying and sourcing resources to achieve time and cost expectations.
* Resolve dependencies, issues, and risks within delivery.
* Ensure delivery adheres to the FCA Project Management Policies, Standards, and Methods and Governance Framework.

The Project

Strategy '25 is currently at the conceptual phase, and we require a strong PM who can look at what has been delivered previously, what still needs to be delivered, and build out strategy for the 'strategy 25' rollout.

Requirements:

* Experience managing successful business and technology change projects.
* Experience shaping business ideas and initiatives at a high level into detailed project plans for multi-workstream delivery to achieve business outcomes for Strategy '25 project.
* Experience of planning and controlling project delivery.

Essential Criteria:

* Strategic thinker, with excellent planning and organization.
* Governance experience would be beneficial.
* Ability to build working relationships with sponsors, accountable executives, key business stakeholders, and business SMEs.
* Politically savvy, able to balance conflicting strategies, priorities, and personalities, resilient, and tenacious to ensure delivery while managing conflict.
* Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all levels of the organization, providing timely and meaningful communications to update status, share progress, and manage expectations of stakeholders.
* Able to use influencing and negotiating techniques and work with C-Suite stakeholders.
