Empower Digital Limited is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects efficiently.
  • Create and manage work plans, making revisions as necessary.
  • Oversee daily project tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, suppliers, and third parties.
  • Provide regular project updates both internally and to clients.
  • Negotiate and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Manage project scope and control any changes.
  • Produce and maintain project initiation and management documents.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable project resourcing.
  • Be prepared to engage directly in project tasks when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Complete full handover to clients upon project completion.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Extensive experience managing the entire project life cycle.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as FIA, NSI, LPCB, C&G, or similar certifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and other departments.
  • Able to organize your time effectively and motivate others.
  • Ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous activities and leading project teams.
  • MUST have experience with systems such as CCTV, Access Control, etc.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission scheme.
