Ecologist and Conservation Specialist

At Penguin Recruitment, we are currently seeking an experienced Ecologist to join our team based in rural Hampshire. This role offers a unique chance for individuals passionate about ecology to grow their career in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a supportive team of experienced ecologists, providing expert advice on survey and mitigation strategies across various projects. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct protected species and habitat surveys
- Develop and implement project management strategies for small to medium-sized projects
- Prepare high-quality reports, including PEA, EIA, and BNG documents
- Maintain Protected Species Licences
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be eligible for CIEEM Membership
- A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
