About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at Allen & York. As a leading ecological consultancy, we work on a range of exciting projects across the UK, spanning housing, public sector, and infrastructure developments.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and membership to CIEEM. With extensive experience of working in an ecological consultancy, they will hold at least two Natural England protected species class licences or be progressing towards this.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant UK and European legislation, policy, and guidance. They will be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and be a strong team player. As a mentor, they will provide advice and guidance to junior members of the team, encouraging them to fulfil their own personal development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
