About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Woven Housing Association Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering an effective and efficient HR service to the Association.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of HR & Corporate Services in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the Association's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, focusing on areas such as communication, culture change, employee engagement, coaching, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address business needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the Association's values and objectives.
