Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Woven is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient HR service to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, including change management and organizational development
  • Collaborate with other business functions to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business objectives and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
