About the Role
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high store standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including recruitment, stock control, and visual merchandising.
