This critical role ensures our products are thoroughly documented and effortless to use, resulting in an exceptional user experience.

  • Documentation Development: Produce comprehensive documentation, encompassing user manuals, product guides, technical specifications, and API documentation. Work closely with product teams to guarantee accuracy and timeliness of content.
  • Content Governance: Maintain a unified library of documentation, ensuring coherence, clarity, and organization across all documents. Regularly update content as products progress and new features are introduced.
  • User-Focused Writing: Craft documentation that caters to end-users' needs, rendering technical concepts understandable and actionable. Help shape and refine documentation workflows and processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within software or technology-related contexts.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools like Confluence, GitHub, Markdown, and other content management systems.

Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary + OTE (£55,000 - £75,000 per annum) along with a range of benefits, such as a work perks scheme, growth opportunities through Fospha's L&D activities, and regular all-company social events.

Work Environment

The Fospha UK team is based in West London, specifically at the Scale Space tech campus. As an office-first company, we require a minimum 4-day/week office policy (5 days during probation).
