Contract Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division in the South Wales area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple Site Supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs
  • Assist with the planning, safety, and quality of the works carried out
  • Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensure adequate resourcing to deliver
Requirements:
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts
  • Previous experience in the rail industry
  • Experienced in effectively leading teams
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge and strong commercial acumen of tendering
