Llamau Limited is committed to ending youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales. To achieve this ambitious goal, we are seeking an experienced manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the housing and homelessness sector, with a proven track record of managing projects and teams. They will be responsible for holding a portfolio of projects, including supported accommodation, Housing First for Youth projects, dispersed and shared properties, floating support services, and supported lodgings.

The manager will also be responsible for managing contractual and quality assurance requirements, including relationships with key stakeholders in Housing and Homelessness, Health, Safeguarding, Children's and Adult's Social Services, and other statutory and third sector organisations.

At Llamau Limited, we are passionate about delivering high-quality support to young people and vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will be working alongside a supportive team to achieve this goal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of projects, including supported accommodation, Housing First for Youth projects, dispersed and shared properties, floating support services, and supported lodgings.
  • Managing contractual and quality assurance requirements, including relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring performance of projects and teams to ensure high-quality support is delivered to young people and vulnerable adults.

Location: Cardiff

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week plus on-call rota

Salary: £33,243 per annum
