Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns across email, push, and in-app messages, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with our editorial, design, product, and partner success teams to support and execute cross-functional strategies, aligning with our brand's content strategy.
  • Effectively maintain the email and app content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate content deployment.
  • Use data to continually assess and improve campaign performance, ensuring effectiveness across all channels.
  • Construct email content using design system modules, sourcing imagery and text according to the content calendar.
  • Work with the CRM team to define and configure user segments and targeting rules for each campaign.
  • Support the CRM team in optimizing triggered behavioral and lifecycle communications.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry insights and trends to optimize emails and app messages.

Requirements

  • Experience using a CRM platform (e.g., Braze)
  • Experience using a WYSIWYG email editor (e.g., Taxi)
  • Data literacy
