Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at CircleCI. As the largest CI/CD platform, we have unique access to data on how effective engineering teams work. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow CircleCI revenue through AWS, achieving quarterly metrics and sales targets.

  1. Develop and execute growth strategies through AWS to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly metrics and sales targets.
  2. Serve as the nexus of relationships between go-to-market teams at CircleCI and AWS, fostering mutual value and enhancing CircleCI's offerings.
  3. Identify and recruit new AWS go-to-market teams to drive business opportunities and enhance CircleCI's presence in the DevSecOps ecosystem.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive awareness and co-selling of CircleCI's solutions by AWS teams.
  5. Run sales enablement of CircleCI's go-to-market teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  6. Work with Sales Engineering to communicate CircleCI's value proposition to the AWS technical field community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in meeting metrics and sales targets through channel partners, preferably within the DevSecOps ecosystem.
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging DevOps trends impacting customer opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with non-technical and technical leadership.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
