Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses, hips, and valleys
  • Repair, renew, and fit soffit, fascia, and barge boards
  • Repair, renew, and fit kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair, replace, and fit ironmongery to doors and windows
  • Repair, renew, and fit timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
  • Carry out multi-skill trades, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities
Requirements:
  • Served a recognized apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptations
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
  • Housing Association experience is essential
  • Driving license is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
