About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regeneration Officer to join our dynamic team at Camden Council. As a key member of our Area Regeneration Team, you will play a leading role in delivering place-based regeneration projects that address local issues and achieve strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the delivery of regeneration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, budget, and to a high standard.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities to support regeneration projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including residents, community organisations, businesses, and public bodies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of regeneration principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and experience of securing funding.
