Regeneration Senior Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regeneration Senior Officer to join our Directorate of Regeneration, Employment and Skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering ambitious projects and implementing the Council's 10-Year Regeneration Plan (2024-2034).
The Regeneration Team is responsible for developing and delivering regeneration projects that benefit the community. As a Senior Regeneration Officer, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple projects, develop business cases, and engage with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of regeneration projects
- Developing and implementing business cases for regeneration projects
- Engaging with stakeholders, including community groups and external partners
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing regeneration projects, developing business cases, and working with stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills.
