We are Places for People Group, a social enterprise that believes in empowering communities through active places and healthy people. As an Assistant Manager at Places Leisure, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional leisure services to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of leisure services, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance their skills and motivation.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, overseeing maintenance and cleaning within the Centre.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leisure environment, with a strong background in management.
  • Hold a Level 2 fitness instructor qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff and engage with customers.
