About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Leisure Services Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff are trained, motivated, and delivering standards of performance at all times.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, chair staff meetings, and carry out staff appraisals.
  • Maintain a high morale around the centre.
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning within the Centre.

About You

You will have experience working within a leisure environment and already have management experience. You must hold at least a level 2 fitness instructor qualification or equivalent.
