As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our strategic objectives, projects, and financial people processes. Your tasks will include coordinating and supporting the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management. Additionally, you will need to develop check-in meetings, standups, and plans to gather appropriate information and hit timescales for feeding into the budget cycle. You will also ensure that all necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, are allocated appropriately. If you have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to service delivery, risk, and resources and are able to engage with stakeholders at all levels using a high degree of empathy, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Salary: £32,308 - £32,911 per annum (plus NJC pay award).
