The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient rehabilitation, ensuring their physical and personal well-being, and implementing effective care and therapy plans. This role requires a genuine passion for nursing and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, infection control, and accurate clinical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care and rehabilitation, ensuring physical and personal well-being.
- Assist with diet, hygiene, and personal appearance, while implementing effective care and therapy plans.
- Administer and audit medication alongside the Head of Nursing.
- Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and accurate clinical records.
- Train staff on clinical care, supervise Support Workers, and contribute to effective discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Passion for nursing and commitment to maintaining NMC pin registration.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of patient care and rehabilitation.
