Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Night Nurse to join our dynamic team at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for Disabled People. As a Registered Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals with complex physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional challenges.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client rehabilitation, ensuring optimal physical and personal well-being.

• Assist clients with diet, hygiene, and appearance, and implement care and therapy plans.

• Administer and audit medication with the Head of Nursing.

• Manage and assess continence and dietary needs in collaboration with specialists.

• Ensure safety, infection control, and accurate clinical records.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external professionals.

• Train staff on clinical care, supervise Support Workers, and maintain confidentiality.

• Registered Nurse Adult with valid NMC pin.

• Evidence of post-registration education and practice.
