Job Description:£26,000 annual salary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Finance Manager with accounting tasks.
  2. Process supplier invoices and credit notes, and reconcile supplier statements.
  3. Handle bank payments and daily credit card receipts.
  4. Reconcile bank accounts and update financial forecasts using Excel.
  5. Maintain a well-organized and accurate finance function.
  6. Provide assistance to the accounts team.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience as a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant, preferably in the Motor Trade.
  2. Strong accounts background.
  3. Credentialled communication skills.
