A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Arboriculturist to take on a challenging role as a Green Estate Supervisor on our flagship TfL HMF contract. This position involves managing a team of subcontractors and developing a team of employees to deliver high-quality green estate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cyclical activities such as grass cutting, hedge cutting, weed control, shrub and planted area maintenance, annual tree & shrub surveys, tree planting, and reactive arboriculture and horticultural works.
- Ensure the Operations Manager and client are informed of all matters related to contract delivery.
- Support clients and internal departments from pre-planning to completion of works.
- Assist in the application and management of permitting processes on TfL/Borough roads and liaise with stakeholders.
- Oversee the programme management of green estate core service works.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Green Estate Supervisor with excellent horticulture and arboriculture knowledge, as well as experience with NEC, JCT, and ICE contracts. The ideal candidate will be a NRSWA qualified Supervisor, with SMSTS and CSCS gold or above, and hold a full UK driving license.
