Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at First Base. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for upholding and championing product specifications and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting first-off inspections per company and customer specifications.
- Ensuring consistent high standards of quality and conformance.
- Raising non-conformance reports when standards aren't met.
- Promoting Health and Safety and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple deliveries.
- Collaborative team player, able to work across departments.
- Experience with CMM is essential; Dye Penetrant Inspection experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CNC and inspection techniques is advantageous.
