Job Title: Health and Safety Compliance Specialist

Hestia Housing Support is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients. We are seeking a Health and Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE legislation and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and maintain effective health and safety records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to ensure health and safety compliance across all services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in health and safety compliance and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
