Job Summary

As a Health and Safety Advisor at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's compliance with health and safety legislation. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the bank's health and safety standards, ensuring that all employees and branches adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor health and safety standards for the bank and branches
Ensure the bank and employees comply with safety legislation
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement protective and preventative safety measures
Lead in-house training sessions on health and safety issues and risks

Requirements

Proven experience in health and safety within the financial services industry
NEBOSH and NCRQ qualifications are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
