Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Manager to lead our residential care team and ensure the highest standards of care for our young people.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated home and hold a relevant qualification in children's and young people's services.

As a Senior Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to a team of staff, ensuring they are motivated and supported, and maintaining high standards of care.

You will also be responsible for safeguarding the welfare of our young people, responding to concerns, and ensuring their safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of staff, ensuring they are motivated and supported.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Safeguarding: Protect the welfare of young people, responding to concerns and ensuring their safety.
