Job Title: Senior Registered Manager

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our looked-after children.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Registered Manager who can provide strong leadership, quality assurance, and safeguarding expertise to our team. As a Senior Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to a team of staff, ensuring they are motivated and supported, and be an appropriate role model to the looked-after children.
  2. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  3. Safeguarding: Protect the welfare of young people, responding to concerns and ensuring their safety.
