Job Title: Senior Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Registered Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our looked-after children.

About the Role:

As a Senior Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our children to thrive
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Protecting the welfare of our young people and responding to concerns
  • Building positive relationships with local authorities, schools, and other professionals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated home
  • An NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and support
