Guildhall School of Music and Drama is a vibrant, international community of musicians, actors, and production artists in the heart of the City of London. As a leading conservatoire, we deliver world-class professional training in partnership with distinguished artists, companies, and ensembles.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced coordinator to join our Open Programmes team, which sits within the wider Innovation team. The successful candidate will provide excellent administrative and production support to the programme, including planning, preparation, and delivery of the annual programme, event logistics and coordination, financial administration and budget support, marketing support, and project evaluation.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the planning and preparation of the annual programme
* Coordinating event logistics and ensuring smooth delivery
* Providing financial administration and budget support
* Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
* Evaluating programme effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work associated with building a programme of activity, including research and development and stakeholder engagement.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
