Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to our residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
- Lead and manage the care team, ensuring that high standards of nursing and personal care are met
- Deliver, monitor, and re-evaluate care needs in partnership with residents, their families, and the wider team
- Liaise effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
- Qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration
- Post-registration experience, with evidence of continuing professional development
- Ability to work autonomously, with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Experience of or willingness to train in medication administration, catheterization, end-of-life care, and other relevant skills
