About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jubilee Lodge, a 75-bed care home in the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Lead and manage the care team, providing clinical guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies
  • Provide education and training to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Requirements
  • Current registration with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Post-registration experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Ability to evidence continuing professional development activities
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
