Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing skills and training needs across the business using various tools\
  • Designing and rolling out mandatory e-learning courses and managing the Learning Management System (LMS)\
  • Tracking training data and maintaining L&D dashboards\
  • Coordinating logistics for training and external providers\
  • Overseeing onboarding programs and supporting key learning initiatives like management development\
  • Facilitating workshops, including values training and team events\
  • Promoting a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)\

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in Learning & Development, including LMS administration and e-learning design (Articulate 360 experience preferred)\
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis\
  • A strong passion for learning and helping others grow\
  • Ability to work proactively and tackle issues head-on in a fast-paced environment\
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills\
