">Role Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Care Services Manager - Intensive Needs to join our team. As a key member of our Waking Nights service, you will be responsible for coordinating care support, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.

- Coordinate care support for individuals with complex needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and community partners.">
- Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.">
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices in care provision.">
- Supervise and train staff members, promoting ongoing professional development and growth.">
- Promote a culture of person-centered care, respect, and dignity, empowering individuals to make informed choices.">
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, adhering to data protection and confidentiality protocols.">
- Collaborate with internal departments to address operational challenges, optimizing service efficiency and quality.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 and willingness to work towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 while in post.">
- Minimum 3 years' experience in care management or related field.">
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, using active listening and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.">
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, particularly those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or Autism.">
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and lead by example, demonstrating empathy, patience, and trustworthiness.">
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word) and email communication platforms.">
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices.">
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.">
- Sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable adults, respecting their rights, dignity, and autonomy.">

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.">
- Valid Enhanced DBS Disclosure, obtained prior to commencement of employment.">
- Right to work Full-Time in the UK without sponsorship.">
