About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group. As a Housing Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, particularly those with complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and care, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and sensitive manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of our buildings to ensure their security and maintain a safe environment for our customers.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any incidents or suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with our wider team to provide a comprehensive support service to our customers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Calming presence and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer care and support.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in using CCTV systems and other technology.
- Enhanced DBS check and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
