About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group. As a Housing Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, while also maintaining the security and cleanliness of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building to ensure the security and safety of our customers and staff.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Manage the health and safety of the building, including checking fire doors and ensuring that all areas are secure.
  • Think on your feet and manage situations on the spot, such as investigating suspicious activity or raising the alarm when necessary.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the building, including tasks such as cleaning and laundry.

Requirements

  • Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Basic IT skills, including the ability to use CCTV systems and other technology.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
