About the Role:

As the Associate Director of Treasury Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategies to grow our treasury recruitment division. This will involve cultivating relationships with key clients and candidates in the treasury recruitment sector across multiple industries, driving revenue growth by identifying and securing high-value recruitment opportunities, and leveraging entrepreneurial control to enhance our market presence through innovative outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the treasury recruitment division.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and candidates in the treasury recruitment sector.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing high-value recruitment opportunities.

  • Proven experience in financial and accounting recruitment.
