**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant in Telford.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with autism and other special educational needs.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**

  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils with autism and other special educational needs.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to engage pupils with specific and significant needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and carers.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a temporary position, but the option to make it permanent may become available at a later date.

We offer free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers.
