Become a Key Member of the Classroom Team
As a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you will join a dynamic team of educators dedicated to providing top-notch educational support to children with SENDs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of these children, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. By working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include supporting pupils with SENDs in small groups or one-to-one settings, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and helping monitor pupil progress. You will also work closely with teachers to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress, communicating regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's development.
