Maintenance Planning Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our Responsive Maintenance division within the Wates Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planning for reactive maintenance appointments on one of our social housing contracts.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.
- Managing emergencies in a timely manner to ensure targets are met.
- Responding to telephone variations by seeking approval from the duty surveyor to allow operatives to continue on site until completion.
- Providing a high-quality service to our client on a face-to-face basis.
- Working within a team to achieve goals and targets, including daily targets of a minimum of 60 allocations for new orders.
About You
We are looking for an individual with relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
