Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for performing a range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on a variety of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repair procedures on light and heavy goods vehicles
* Use personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair
* Work on a flexible shift rota to meet service demands
* Collaborate with team members to achieve workshop targets
Requirements:
* Qualified mechanic with IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent
* Proven vehicle experience working on a wide range of vehicles
* Valid UK driving licence
* High working standards and ability to work independently
