About Our Client

A global business with a market-leading reputation, based in large offices in the Walton-on-Thames area, offers a unique opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join their team.

The Payroll Specialist role involves:

  • Registration and maintenance of employee data, including new hires, terminations, and employment changes;
  • Registration of payroll data input, such as deductions, benefits, bonuses, and new salaries;
  • Payroll administration for statutory elements, including manual calculations and system processing with control checks and validation;
  • Query resolution and problem-solving for all aspects of payroll;
  • Handling service requests from clients through the C4C system and inquiries by phone;
  • Maintaining physical and electronic archives;
  • Using SAP.

The ideal candidate for the Payroll Specialist role will:

  • Have previous experience within payroll;
  • Have SAP experience, although full training will be provided;
  • Live within a commutable distance of Walton-on-Thames;
  • Be looking for a career in payroll, with opportunities to progress and obtain payroll qualifications.
