About the Role:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Conquest Lodge, a residential service for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users, building good relationships with both service users and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and supporting service users in the planning of goals
  • Participating in activities and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent care
