Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care and education to vulnerable adults.

As an Adult Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of clients attending the 'Skills Tank' Provision and ensuring their social care and support needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred support and care needed by clients with disabilities, in and between activities
  • Promoting the development of clients attending the 'Skills Tank' Provision
  • Meeting the range of social care and support needs for vulnerable adults with a broad range of needs and conditions

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant or within a similar role
  • Experience of working with adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, and Mental Health
  • Desirable – knowledge and experience of autism and Mental Health
  • Prepared to undertake on-going training and day-to-day learning throughout employment
