Job Description

This role involves leading a team of Chemical Process Coordinators in Rugby plant to coordinate all functions for forthcoming CPO maintenance and process improvement.

You will work within the Engineering department to plan and lead maintenance activities with hands-on function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 1 direct with dotted line accountability for 5 shift-based CPOs
  • Managing teams to deliver first-time right Project/Maintenance tasks
  • Working with other engineering Co-ordinators and CI team to design SOPs & subsequent risk assessments

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
