We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tools and Equipment category in the UKII region. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic market analysis, product innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the category strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead product development, including defining product specifications, gathering market intelligence, and establishing relationships with suppliers.
- Drive sales initiatives, such as campaigns, training, and sales enablers, to achieve category sell-out and stock turn targets.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion, and value creation.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of defined categories, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive base salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a pension scheme, hybrid working, and industry-leading training through the Rubix Academy.
