Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom Costello Medical Full time
About the Role

Costello Medical, a rapidly growing global healthcare agency specialising in medical communications, market access and health economic and outcomes research, is seeking an ambitious Accounts Apprentice to join its Finance team in Cambridge.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, patient and public health bodies, and charitable organisations. As an Accounts Apprentice, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our global in-house Finance function, working closely with various colleagues in the team.

You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through formal training, including a Level 3 AAT qualification, which usually takes between 12 and 18 months to complete. Our apprenticeship training provider, First Intuition, will offer dedicated tutor support and online learning platform access.

The successful candidate will work towards completing the apprenticeship, which includes tasks such as supporting sales ledger activities, preparing invoices, liaising with clients, processing supplier invoices, entering transactions into financial software, and administering petty cash across multiple currencies held by the company.

In addition to your structured learning, you will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced members of our Finance team, who will guide you in developing your professional experience in a dynamic office environment.

After completion of the apprenticeship, you may be given the opportunity to apply for a permanent position at Costello Medical, with further study possibilities available.
