About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's brand and sales goals.
  2. Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), email marketing, paid ads (PPC), and influencer marketing.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content (banners, ads, etc.) for digital campaigns.
  4. Conduct keyword research to optimise website content, product descriptions, and blog posts for search engines.
  5. Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to drive organic traffic to the website.
  6. Work with copywriters to ensure all digital content is optimised for search visibility and user experience.
  7. Engage with customers and followers through comments, messages, and collaborations with influencers to build a community around the brand.
  8. Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
  9. Create and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, increasing customer retention, and promoting new product launches.
  10. Build and segment email lists, track performance, and optimise for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  11. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  12. Manage paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, optimising for ROI.
  13. Analyse ad performance and recommend adjustments to bidding strategies, keywords, and targeting to increase conversions and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. A strong understanding of SEO and SEM practices, as well as proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, etc.), is essential. Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CRM systems is also beneficial.

Salary: £32,000 per annum
