Job Description:

  • Develop and drive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, grow sales, and foster global customer loyalty
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging and visual identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and deliver successful product launches
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing direction and development while managing budget and resource allocation
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor performance using data-driven insights to refine and maximize ROI across all marketing efforts

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the company's Stoke-on-Trent office.
