We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bid & Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for facilitating the bidding process, managing eProcurement portal systems, and creating branded bid response documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bidding process, including eProcurement portal systems and bid coordination.
  • Develop and format bid response documents, including branded CVs, project sheets, and capability statements.
  • Support monthly sales and bidding activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with business development and social value leads to deliver a marketing plan.
  • Lead internal communications via email, meetings, and posters.
  • Support award nominations and bid submissions.
  • Update the company website, social media, and support the creation of new brand work and content.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Confident using MS Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Process-driven and flexible to work outside of normal hours to support marketing activities and events.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the South West.
